About
SubmissionBuddy is built and operated by High Wire Development LLC, a US software company. It's independent and self-funded — no VC money, no growth targets to hit before the product makes sense on its own.
Why this exists
We kept building client sites that needed a contact form, a quote request, a booking form — something simple that just needed to work. Every time, the same problem showed up: form submissions are easy to lose. A synchronous email send fails silently, a webhook times out, a Lambda cold-starts at the wrong moment, and a customer's lead is just gone with no record it ever happened.
The fix isn't a fancier form builder. It's treating a form submission like the durable, valuable thing it is: write it somewhere safe first, then process it through a queue, so a slow email provider or a flaky downstream step can't lose the original data. That's the same pipeline described on our How It Works page — store first, process via queue, notify last. We built it because we wanted it for our own client work, and kept building it because it turned out other people needed the same thing.
What we're not
We're not a form builder or a CMS. SubmissionBuddy doesn't care what your form looks like or what fields it has — point any form at us and we'll capture it, store it, and route it. That's the whole job, done well.
Who's using it
Real businesses run their forms through SubmissionBuddy today, including BiteLogic, Spontificant, Fixation Property Maintenance, and A-Z Tree Trimming & Removal.
